Yoga is a spiritual, mental, and physical practice that’s been around for centuries. Today, there are several types of yoga that vary in difficulty and pace. While different yoga disciplines evoke different personal journeys, yogis and scientists alike will tell you they are all extremely beneficial for your mental and physical health.
We invite our yogis to experience the enchanting healing sounds of nature while surrounded by the essence of island life. We at Katahimikan Highlands Yoga & Cummings Highlands Eco Resort want to share our practice with you. We offer Vinyasa Flow as an open and integrated system of yoga practice that allows guests to experience the natural unfolding of inner peace, ecstatic radiance and feel the outpouring of love. We offer varied types of yoga that include :Vinyasa Flow for both beginner and intermediate yogis, meditation using an efficient universal mantra, breathing pranayama, self-inquiry, and cultivating enlightenment in daily living. Classes are offered to guests who pre-book the class while staying with us.

If you believe you want to take the next step and expand your practices, we invite you to one of our 200H OR 500H TTC Course that are USA Yoga Alliance Accredited. We offer a Vinyasa style program, with dedicated yogis that have years of practice and course direction to guide you to the next phase of your practice or business.
